About aios.guide

aios.guide is a free, open guide to building an AI Operating System: the layer underneath your AI tools that holds who you are, what you sell and how you work. This page is who is behind it, what is on it, and how it is kept current.

Trusted by creators and founders from ambitious brands

Why this site exists

Every AI agent starts each session knowing nothing about you. You paste the same context back in, correct the same wrong assumptions, and explain your business again. The answer is not a better prompt. It is a folder the agent reads before you type anything.

That folder is an AI OS, and almost nothing written about it is practical. So this site is the version I wanted when I started: the files, the commands, and what actually goes in each one, written so you can build it in an afternoon.

What is on it

Everything needed to build a working AI OS is free and stays free. The starter kit, the 12 commands, the agent guides, the glossary and the 50-question FAQ.

AI OS Pro is the paid rung. It is the system I run my own business on, with the parts that only make sense once the free layer is in place. Nothing on the free side is a teaser for it.

How it is maintained

The starter kit is open source, so the code on this site is the code you install. When it changes, the changelog says what changed and why.

Every page carries its own RSS feed rather than a single site feed, so you can follow one page and hear only about that page. The site is published in 11 languages, and a translated page falls back to English field by field rather than going blank.
