Contextual knowledge
Contextual knowledge is what the agent can read right now, as opposed to what it half-remembers from training.
Anything it reads this session is contextual. Anything it recalls is not, and cannot be trusted for anything recent.
The practical rule: if it matters and it is current, put it in front of the thing rather than asking what it knows.
