Progressive disclosure
Progressive disclosure is loading only what is needed right now, and leaving a pointer to the rest.
It is why skills work. A hundred of them cost almost nothing, because only their one-line descriptions are loaded until one is actually needed.
The alternative is putting everything in the standing brief, and paying for all of it on every session.
