Training is where a model learns, once, by reading enormous amounts of text and adjusting itself to predict better.
It happens before you ever touch the thing, it costs millions, and it does not happen again.
This is why your conversation teaches it nothing. Whatever it knows about you has to be handed to it fresh, every session.
